Thank you for visiting Tuc's Workbench. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:

  • Courier
  • Service level selected (Standard, Express, or Overnight)
  • Package weight
  • Package dimensions

Service Levels

Standard Shipping 5-7 business days
Express Shipping 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping 1 business day

How Rates Are Calculated

Our shipping rates are determined by a combination of your selected delivery courier, speed, the total weight of your order, and the dimensional size of the package required to safely ship your items. Larger or heavier items may incur higher shipping costs.

The exact shipping cost for your order will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipments are sent via USPS/UPS/FedEx.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Please note:

  • International shipping rates vary by location
  • Delivery typically takes 7-21 business days
  • Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at lostpackage@tucs-workbench.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at orderchanges@tucs-workbench.com . Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes.

Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, we are not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Natural disasters
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
